I am suffering to concentrate itna jyada overthinking ho raha hai... Kuchh na kuchh dimaag Mai jaise without rest chalta hi ja raha hai... Tarah tarah ke thoughts ate jaa raha hai... ek nind khul gayi or dimag mai kuchh na kuchh chale jaa raha tha sone ki koshish kar rahi thi so bhi Nehi pa rahi thi... I started writing dairy to overcome but sirf kuchh der hi shant hota hai fir start... Padhai bhi effect ho raha hai...

Do meditation for just 5 minutes daily and go for evening or morning walk even for 10 minutes .you will feel better eventually.
