I feel I am not normal. I think a lot. mostly about others. too much considerate and I always think not too look stupid infront of someone. I can not be my real self with friends also. I am very quiet person so I am frequently mistaken as low confidence.people always sideline me because I am too soft spoken and speak little.

This usually happens to soft-hearted people. We don’t want to hurt anyone, and if we feel we’ve done something wrong, we start overthinking—wondering whether we hurt them, whether they’ll forgive us, and so on. It all comes from caring too much about others. You need to be bold and more assertive by thinking before you act instead of stressing afterward. This will help boost your confidence, and people will start to take you seriously. I say this from experience, because I used to be the same kind of person.

You are highly emotional and sensitive, who value relationships and you might not want to say things that are out of place or hurtful to others. Thars the reason you prefer silence rather than been spoken. Try talking to yourself when alone, listen to your voice. Talk a loud when your alone in front of the mirror. keep doing this, upright your shoulder and say what you feel is right to the point, gather courage and talk slowly. And you will see that by practicing this your confidence will rise. And nothing will be able to stop you for talking in front of people.
