I'm 31 female My boyfriend broke up with me with out any valid reason my heart feel like it will burst my eyes are filled with tears I want to stop thinking about him it really affect my post graduation studies (in just 10 months i will complete ).I really thought this would be my last relationship and in the beginning i feel he is the one but now after 2 and half years it become on and off . What made men turn off i really don't understand I just hate what was happening to me .

Dear, nothing happens without a valid reason.... Maybe you’re not able to understand his real reason… Sometimes breaking off a relationship is someone’s compulsion like a financial crisis or health issues. Only your ex can tell you what actually happened. Sit down calmly with him, talk openly, and ask for the reason so you can get closure and some peace of mind. After that, just start focusing on your own life. In a little while, everything will feel normal again.
