Yaar hota hai bahut zada mere saath bhi, or ghar walo pe sarii bhadaas nikal rahi hoti hai, un sab ko bhi festivals se nafrat si ho gai hai, I tried to find the root cause, actually I waste lot of time and start working when the deadline is crossed, so automatically I become stressed as I m left with no time or very less time to complete tha task. I waste ideal time in scrolling the phone or watching tv. Though in ur case the cause can be different, thoda meditate karo, causes khud pata lag jaayenge, or thoda acha lagega aapko.. God bless Happy diwali

It sounds like you're going through a really tough time, and that's totally okay to feel that way. Maybe try talking to someone about what youโre feeling, like a friend or a therapist. They can help you sort through these emotions. Also, it's fine to take a step back from celebrating if it feels overwhelming. Focus on self-care and give yourself some grace. Remember, youโre not alone in this.
