My world has been shattered completely and lost. Im married women 29. Recently I have been under diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment. I feel memory loss, forgetting recent events, difficulty in decision making talking. Not understanding complex things even try to explain me it's always new to me and hard to connect with anything. Confuses to find time place. These are few symptoms but in day to day life im experiencing many situations I haven't described everything. I don't know how my future will be it's seems just dark. My dreams are incomplete and life too. It feels crying ad dieing when I didn't get anyone tries to explain me but I'm like 0. Not knowing closed ones names and forgetting them like unfamiliar face. I lose weight automatically. People are also seeing me weirdly. Now I've developed anxiety and panic due to it. I don't feel like to meet anyone. I think it's over now. High paying job or happy married life everything collapsed.

Along with medication . Discipline your life with yoga .Do mediation .especially related to brain like brahmi . It's not the end. It is just a phase you are your. Remember it's a disorder not a disease.
