Try to listen to devotional or motivational music. Boht aise instrumental calming music milta hain you tube mein. Mera bhi aisa phase chal raha hain. Ek baar neend khul gayi toh 2nd time nhi ata. Devotional songs suno and surrender yourself to the Supreme power. You are not alone.
