Samajh sakti hun, kabhi kabhi zyada feel karna thoda exhausting ho sakta hai. Apne emotions ko manage karne ke liye thoda time lo, meditation ya journaling try karo. Aur yaad rakho, zaroori nahi hai ki sab samjhein; apne liye space banao aur khud se pyaar karo. Thoda distance rakhne se bhi help mil sakti hai. Sab theek hoga, bas apne feelings ko samajhne ki koshish karo.

I don't feel anything similar to this, but mature people always asked me to mediate, I was like fir wahi meditation, meditation, har koi ek hi bakwaas karta hai. But jab shuru Kiya bhale hi thode waqt ke liye, to laga ki abhi tak kyon nahi kiya.. Apne Mann ki safaaii ke liye or koi raasta nahi hai. Aapko koi patiently sun-ne samajhne wala mil jaayega, but situations badal badal ke aapke saamne aati rahegi, unse deal karna aapko khud hi seekhna padega.
