You know, I was so scared to use a menstrual cup. But somehow, I gathered the courage and tried it, and I am so proud of that decision I made. It's really, really very comfortable. I was scared before because I read a lot about the instances where it gets stuck inside, so I did whole research about it for over 5–6 months and gathered all the information. And then took the decision to use it. Honestly, telling you, the first time I used it, it went too deep inside, and I started trembling. I got so scared, my heartbeat got faster, but then I calmed myself and went out from the bathroom. I read an article about it and calmed myself, and again went into the bathroom and tried to remove it, and it got out easily. Me and my friends still laugh about it now 😂😂 You just have to be calm and you can do it. At first, you might feel weird, but it's just your thoughts. Because honestly, once it's inside, you won't even know it's there. Over time, you will get expert in using it.
