Ok I have a issue like overthink easily. Even if have minor health issue .I overthink and get anxious . What should I do . I have healthy life style, I have started yoga , before that I was going on regular walk.I avoid bad food. Still even if I fell fatigue or I got acidity I get scared.

Ya I think all this are loneliness issues. I don't feel like this when I stay with more peoples around me

Same thing happens to me minor health issue or minor bad things happen around me or to anyone I read and i start the overthinking like hell and the negative thoughts hit me hard each time

Hi, we tend to overthink as our brain tries to protect us ,but ends up doing more harm,this can be out of fear , or some old memories or situations, you are working on yourself that good news , you need to pause and try to understand what's bothering you and any childhood or recent situations which is making you feel overwhelmed.
