I am back after a small break. I have completely deleted facebook and Instagram. The reels part of my schedule is now only occupied by Youtube. I have found changes in my level of critical thinking and my ability to access myself to do work only for myself. It is very important for one to access themselves in a particular manner to improve themselves. What does not change is the urges for a companionship or the struggles related to sleep. I am trying to cope up with that one day at a time I believe I will be in a better position in August. Once again here to read more and share more.
