Overthinker
Heyyy Everyone Growing up with my parents has been such a task.As they have always been emotionally unavailable engrossed in their own regulat or somewhat daily fights like it had been a custom to fight on special days that ultimately kills the joys and this is same now when I'm 23 as we'll and nothing changes. This has resulted me with a really bad mental health due to this I wasn't able to make any friends in my school days.Then in clg somehow I somehow tried overcoming it but still it had its effects that I ended up getting emotionally attached to my friends and to my utter bad luck even after doing each and every effort giving 100% never ranting about it either I end up getting used by people or losing friends... Being a single child I have somewhat developed a fear from loneliness I feel like having someone to talk to but don't have any one. I have a really bad atmosphere at home like no one talks calmly there's always some tension going on some kind of stress. I feel like talking this out to my parents as this has seriously affected my mental health.At times it's too much but the thing is if I wanna talk on this I'll have to be what they are be unrespectful and have to shout at that moment because they won't listen. But I feel it's the need of the hour because I have always listened to them even in things like career where we were poles apart in our opinions. As now I need someone's to be emotionally available for me as I'm fed up of losing friends and people.

Sorry to hear about your Ambiance at home. This is the worst thing one can unable to escape.This kind of situation needs work or Job.Only because of any work one can save himself/herself.Because of this you pour your whole emotions in friends.Thats why at the end of the day you get used.Try to make yourself complete.You are just 23.Just try to focus on work.Take small steps.when you stand on your on feet outer people will start giving you respect.Your old friends will come to you.please try for work.I can understand it is hard to focus but it is not impossible.Don't loose hope . One day you will get a lovely partner.First do some Job.

May be having a pet can help you.If possible try for a cute dog or cat. For some people Pets can help to overcome mental stress.In my case pets and gardening helps me a lot.
