I am a 31 years old adult. I have ADHD. I have an issue while focusing. I miss many important things at work which need to be focused. I am hyperactive. I respond very fast. Sometimes I interrupt people in the conversation. I sometimes respond even before half of the question. This creates lots of problems. How can I overcome this and live normally with ADHD.

See buddy, its ok to be having a ADHD , but i feel people can be cured It was a period had a feeling like i couldn’t even focus or was hyperactive person . Was stressed and nervous thinking what would happen if i could fail In my life and all, constantly overthinking made my brain to listen only to myself without even thinking its good for me or not For example, if i have 4 topics in my text book, i would read 1 topic and directly jump on 4th and drain myself thinking i learnt a lot, watching phone and once again coming to read, everything read was gone in vain and hurting myself But I changed myself by starting and taking a small steps to change myself U kept tracking my brain functioning my writing down my problems, i started to track on hour basis and celebrate it small achievements. I kept silent for 6 months and started to listen to members , podcasts because podcasts made me to listen without interrupting, The feeling of overthink was gone and i felt happy when i started to feel a new person in me Started to meet new people everywhere, listened to their problem’s,Tried to figure out them,made several types of connections on linkdin, contacted people from various fields, even i know some IAS officers too 🥳 I came to know who am i !!
