It has been 20 years since i have been diagonised with first depression then bipolar then BPD . I am in my early 30s female . Its have been hell living every single day. Now feels its unbearable every minute , crossed my upper limit.

While the diagnosis may make you feel disheartened at present, remember that it's the first step towards overcoming this challenge.😊 At this stage, you may simply focus on bringing regularity in your daily life: Regular medicines; exercise/sports/things u enjoy doing; Regular touching base with your counselor. BPD is a condition, and not your identity!! You can still lead a fulfilling life ahead.
